We do not want to submit a sample, we are a company and we got our website flagged as spam by your Sophos Firewall.

We want to get unflagged because we are a legitimate bussiness, and we can prove that we are not spamming anyone.

We probably got added by mistake into your database.

We do not have a Sophos ID, and we are not Sophos customers, we just have the website blocked into your sofware and we wish to resolve this issue.

Apologies for the inconvenience. However, it’s needed so that your website will be reassessed and corrected.

Kindly follow the following for URL reassessment:

1. Visit the Submit a Sample page.
2. Click Web Address (URL).
3. Provide the required details.
4. Click Submit URL.

 This might take 24-72 hours, but a reassessment is usually done in less than a business day.

Just to clarify currently, your website isn’t categorized as "SPAM". Is the issue related to your actual URL or emails being sent from your domain being categorized as SPAM?
