Please note, that as your Sophos ID and Sophos Community accounts are associated, if you choose to keep your Sophos ID account, navigating/signing in on the community may re-generate your Community account.

When I tried to log in to support portal, "Registration Form" appears. Does it mean, that I have no Sopho ID?
No, registration with Sophos Support Portal is different (https://docs.sophos.com/support/help/en-us/portal/userGuide/portal/registration/index.html), if you wish to reach out to Customer Care without registering to the Support Portal, you may contact them via phone, using the numbers listed under "For Critical Cases".
