Please note, that as your Sophos ID and Sophos Community accounts are associated, if you choose to keep your Sophos ID account, navigating/signing in on the community may re-generate your Community account.
If you wish to delete both, the community account and your Sophos ID, you will also need to reach out to our Customer Care team.
