My Sophos ID cannot be deleted nor can I change its primary email address. Most of the articles discuss deleting Sophos Home or something like that. The live chat feature doesn't seem to work either. There is no live support, and one of the bots even says you need a premium membership to contact live support. All I want to do is delete my Sophos ID.
