Merge all Sophos accounts?

Is it possible to have all of my Sophos accounts (community, myutm, ID) merged so that they are all tied to the same login or at least the same email address?

If so, how do I go about getting this taken care of? I am a home/free user so as far as I know, Sophos Customer Service is not an option.

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    Your Sophos ID and Community ID should match the same email user you used when registering unless you created two different accounts.

    As per the myUTM this legacy portal account info (email) is not shared with your Sophos ID and it can't be linked under one account.

  • I have two Sophos ID's which means I have two forum accounts. Each account is linked to a different email address. I am phasing out my old email address. I want to merge my old Sophos account with my new Sophos account. The Sophos system would not let me simply change my email addresses. I was prompted to create a new account. It specifically stated that that is the only way to change my email address.

    So if I PM you or another Sophos employee my old and new email addresses, can my accounts be merged so that all of my forum posts are linked to my new Sophos account?
