Hi , 
 To delete your Sophos ID, you will need to reach out to our Customer Care team via the Support Portal : 
 - You can open a Support Case 
 - Live Chat (bottom right corner) 
 - Call in (local number can be found by selection your region under Critical Cases) 
 
 If you are looking to delete your Sophos Home account, follow these instructions. 
 If you'd like to delete your Community account, we can assist you.
