Lost PIN Sophos Central

Hi all, unfortunately i've lost my phone and now when i try to enter in my sophos central i can't enter because i've not the correct PIN. How i can reset it?

I've resolved, i have a backup to import my existing user and i found it.

Can you get your phone company to divert your lost phone number to your new phone?

Sorry i'm not clear, i buy a new phone and activate my number on a new sim. But when i download the google auth i've the list clear and now i'he no access to authenticator to see the code.
