how to see ideas I created? all I've ever created are gone!

Once you browse into one of the product categories, the "My Feedback" button will show you your ideas within the section you are browsing. If you select the "Settings" button just below your username, you will instead see all of the posts you have made.

that's what I did. I can only see my comments or if I voted for other ideas.

None of my ideas is shown there - or they have never been published.

Can you check this?

can you please confirm, that ideas I created over the last months exist in your system?

Thanks for tagging me. I had a chance to look into this a bit further and found a "Data Portability Request" will include any ideas sent in previously. You can find the form to send in this request here. This link is taken from our Sophos Group Privacy Notice page. 

If your ideas are still active and have not been deleted, you will be able to see them from the "Settings" page. If the idea has been deleted or removed, it will not be shown. 

If you have any new ideas or suggestions you'd like to see implemented into our products, I also recommend reaching out to your Channel Sales Engineer, or Channel Account Manager to help highlight your ideas to our product teams.

I do not understand what this means "Data Portability Request" and why this would cause all my ideas to be "somewhere".

Qoosh This is still unanwered and I'd like to know what happens, that my ideas are all gone and never published.

where are they?

My apologies, it looks like the steps I provided originally were inaccurate. It’s also possible to use the "Export my data" button from the "Settings" page within ideas.sophos.com to get a report of all the ideas you have sent in previously.
