We need to deploy and app and user's or not admin of there machine
The application is cloud based and user access the site and launch the new version for install
We have an issue now where they get prompt to enter ADMIN to install
Can we WHITELIST the application for all USER'S on all machines so then can install even if they don't have LOCAL ADMIN RIGHTS on their machine.

Sophos Anti-Virus cannot control UAC prompts on your endpoint devices.
If the antivirus were blocking an application from running, the exclusion would then allow it.
In the situation you have, it sounds like the users won’t be able to install unless local admin rights are provided or if another user account with admin rights is given for installation purposes.
