Sophos Endpoint Protection Installer - Installation failed on Windows 2012 R2 Std

Hello Everyone! 
 My name is Arwin Erasga and I really need your expertise on our issue. 
 We have installed the Sophos Endpoint agent to one of our Windows 2012 R2 STD server. 
 It was installing, but its failing in the end. 
 The Sophos antivirus is not installing, we've tried several times and raise a ticket with support 
 but still the problem remains the same. 
 Can anyone of you help us on this issue?

Hello Arwin, 
 The log-file contents you've uploaded here are recording what the SDU log collection tool will do in terms of the files it will gather. The actual file where the logs are stored is a .zip file created at the end of the log-collection process. The steps under section "d" in the following article describe the best way to upload the logs for Support. - https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000033508?language=en_US#runningSDU 
 I was able to look into the support case you mentioned, to find some relevant log entries. 
 2021-11-01 00:59:12 Info: Running competitor removal tool 2021-11-01 00:59:12 Unable to delete registry value: SOFTWARE\Sophos\AutoUpdate\UpdateStatus\CrtResult, assuming it does not exist 2021-11-01 00:59:12 Searching for third-party security software. 2021-11-01 00:59:18 Return Code 16 from third-party security software removal tool. 2021-11-01 00:59:18 ERROR: Unable to remove competitor Anti-Virus. 2021-11-01 00:59:18 FAILED: Unable to install Sophos Anti-Virus. 
 I recommend checking for the following file. C:\Windows\Temp\avremove.log 
 In the avremove.log you will see another antivirus product mentioned. This competitor product needs to be removed before Sophos can be fully installed.
