Cannot connect to https://central.sophos.com/manage/login

Hello,

I am a new user of sophos. I have now a sophos XG 106w. I have registered my Sophos ID at https://central.sophos.com/manage/login. I cannot login at this site, but I can login here to the Community Site. What can I do? As Error:
