Firewall XG86 VPN Connection failed

Suddenly when I reviewed the Firewall configuration XG86, the VPN connection for all VPN users had failed !! , I did the following actions:-

1-I restored the old configuration but did not solve the problem,

2-I updated to the latest Firmware but did not solve the problem

3-I deleted the current Firewall VPN rules and re-setup them again but did not solve the problem.

Any support Please

Hi Emmanuel ,

Thanks for your comment, no changes have happened on XG86, while I try to follow the steps in the "Recommended Document" the firewall gave me this message :

Internal Server Error

I can not access it from LAN or WAN port, I should go to the datacenter to power off and power on again!.

Hello Tarek,

Thank you for the follow-up.

Please upgrade the XG to the latest available firmware, let me know if the Internal Server Errors still occurs, this was fixed on MR5
