Google Translator blocked but Microsoft Bing Translator not

Hi,

can someone explain why Sophos block 'Google Translator' website but not the 'Microsoft Bing Translator'?

Make no sense! What is the potential risk?

On the Google Chrome navigator, shows the following msg: ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR.

Booth URLs (https://translate.google.com and https://translate.google.com.br) was already put in the 'exempt' as the instructions on the article https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/121797#How%20to%20exempt%20a%20website

  •  Hi

Google translator is being categorized under proxies and translator category whereas you will need to submit Microsoft Bing Translator to our Sophos labs as it is listed under the uncategorized category as of now. Please submit the website from this link.  However, if you want to allow Google translator you can create a test policy for the users you wish to add and allow the specific category "Proxies and translators" or else as you create website exemption as you tried. It is worth checking if the changes made in policy is being reflected on the endpoint or not from the Sophos Endpoint Self help> Policies.
