Please note that we are completing maintenance work on Saturday, August 8th between 07:00am to 11:00am (UTC).

Customers may have limited functionality during this window. Registrations and key activations will be unavailable during this period:

  • XG device registration should be re-tried after the maintenance window
  • Central Assets and Evaluations will not be synced during this time, manual re-sync will be performed by Sophos after the maintenance window.
  • SG UTM & Cyberoam devices are not impacted
  • On-Prem licenses with credentials are not impacted

Note: For customers experiencing continued issues after the maintenance window is complete (11:00am UTC), please contact Sophos Support.
