i've many error with puremessage and end user, when they click on the link in mail they can't delete, deliver or change page.
When they try there is a message :
Unable to display the items in the quarantine.
Please ensure you are attempting to access the Sophos PureMessage Quarantine Digest web site using the link supplied in your latest Quarantine Digest email.
If you have received this message even after using the supplied link then it may be due to your session expiring after a period of inactivity - please try clicking on the link within the Quarantine Digest email again.
If you haven't received a quarantine digest email recently it may be because you do not have any items in the quarantine.
Please contact your system administrator if you believe you are receiving this message in error.

Welcome to sophostalk! Could I double-check which PureMessage platform and version you are using? Ie. Exchange, Domino, or UNIX?

Ah, I'm afraid I'm probably not the best person to help with PureMessage for Exchange. Based on the error though, it might be to do with your authentication settings in IIS. Can you see what is set up for the site in 'Directory Security > Authentication and access control'? It should be:
'Enable anonymous access'
'Integrated Windows Authentication'
Hopefully someone else on the forum can offer advice.
