Please find attached the error message that appears on the SMS Crewmail (Dualog Communicator software) server after installation of SOPHOS (Stand-alone version).This issue has been reported from more than 1 vessel.
Also, had a case where, the SOPHOS program is shown as disabled after installation (This is occurring on 2 different machines). Relevant screenshot attached (SOPHOS Screenshot)
Those are the standalone computers that do not have any network access.
May I know what are the ports use by the Sophos Standalone version? could it be the reason that affect the application running?
Kindly advise for both cases.
