Sophos knowledgebase articles are regularly updated or  improved as a direct result of the feedback we receive via the forms displayed on the website. 

 

For a view of the feedback forms, go to http://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/knowledgebase.aspx. Select any article, and the form is at bottom of the page. Ratings and comment come straight to the Sophos knowledgebase and communities team. We'll act on them as quickly as we can.

 

In order to help us improve the knowledgebase as effectively as possible, please give us as much information in the feedback form as you can. Including ways in which the article was helpful or not helpful, and what could be done to improve it.

 

In particular, we would like to hear whether the article answered your question, and whether or not, reading the article meant that you didn't need to call Support.
